2nd traders' meeting : « Trade and its image »

Presentation :

All the traders from Saint-Josse’s three commercial hubs (Madou, Botanique and Rogier) are invited to attend the second traders' meeting organised by the Saint-Josse Atrium at Dexia Tower on the subject of « Trade and its image ».

Objectives :

• Meeting : meeting the traders, giving them an opportunity to meet each other and join forces around an initiative.
• Discovery : this second meeting will be a chance to discover Dexia Tower and to remind traders of the fact that Place Rogier is actually in the Saint-Josse municipality.
• Discussion : to educate the traders as regards the importance of the image their business projects (display – sign – terrace – window dressing) and the environment in which it is situated :
  
  Mrs. Francine Werth, from UCM [Small traders union], « New Policies in support of Brussels Trade »
  Mrs. Isabelle Gérard, from Carré Associates,  « The image of trade »
  Mrs. Marianne Marcelis, from BBC, case example of a project :  « Downtown Men’s Street ».

Target group(s) :

All the shopping areas in Saint-Josse: Madou, Botanique and Rogier.

Results :

• Out of 87 registered traders, 34 attended the meeting
