Presentation :
The Meltingshopping concept was also accompanied by a strong desire to beautify the district. In the wake of the banners project, Atrium wanted to launch a façade renovation campaign in the areas where it is located. The purpose of this project was to address the negative points raised in the Cooparch report, which mentioned in particular the state of the façades in the shopping areas in Madou district.
This campaign kicked off with the creation of a colour scheme which, inspired by a specialist bureau (architect, art historian), will result in improving and modifying the municipal city planning regulation relating to the use of colour on façades including ironwork and woodwork.
