Obsolete business signs 2009-2010 (Results)
Presentation :
An obsolete sign is a business sign which no longer corresponds to the business occupying the premises. For example, in the illustration on the right, the names of sports equipment manufacturers are no longer applicable since the premises are now occupied by a grocery store !

In order to remove these pointless signs and reduce visual frontage pollution, Atrium has launched an « obsolete signs » project, whereby it offers to remove them free of charge for owners. After a certain period of time, the owner is required to pay for the sign to be removed. |
Results :
- Obsolete signs : 27
- Signs actually removed by Atrium : 9
- Signs re-used : 6
- Signs removed by the trader or the proprietor : 7
