Renovation allowances and colour palette
Presentation :
The chaussée de Louvain is in need of a major facelift. It is essential that the shop façades and frontages are renovated to improve the street’s image and make it more appealing.
Atrium Saint-Josse has therefore decided to offer an allowance for renovating shop frontages. This allowance is in addition to municipal and regional allowances for façades (floors above street level) and is available to all owners.
An information meeting was organised in partnership with the Maison de la Rénovation Urbaine in order to inform owners about the allowances to which they are entitled.
Date and place : 10 March 2009, at the Thé au Harem D’Archi Ahmed
Participants : 32 owners attended the meeting.
